Hopper and Pongo go for a walk to see Emma in the woods so she and Hopper can talk about her issues. He later schedules appointments with Emma, who shares her visions of death. Jiminy claims that Emma could be having an identity crisis. After learning that the Evil Queen is back, shades of his older timid self begin to show. A later appointment with Grumpy is interrupted by Emma, who fears that Regina may kill her, but he tells Emma that life can be about how she lives it, not how she ends it. In order to find out what Emma's visions entail, the Evil Queen kidnaps and impersonates Jiminy, holding him at Zelena's farmhouse where Zelena transforms him back into a cricket, although Jiminy is later rescued by Snow and David. Returned to his human form, he is visited by Hook, who wants advice on how to get David's blessing, as he wants Emma's hand in marriage but is racked with the guilt of having killed David's father. He also takes part in the dilution of Snow and David's curse, and unites Emma and Hook in marriage, just before they are all consumed by the Black Fairy's curse.

One day, ten years into the curse, Ruby spends the morning sleeping off a hangover, causing her to miss work that afternoon, which leaves Granny to do her granddaughter's job of putting out the diner sign. ("Awake")

On the first curse-free night, which is also wolfstime for Ruby, she is cleaning up the diner while David and the dwarves are celebrating over finding fairy dust, an ingredient. To her, Billy confesses his identity in the Enchanted Forest was Gus, a mouse who lived in Cinderella's pantry. He asks her out on a date, but she struggles for an answer, knowing that she is due to shape-shift during the night. Belle, noticing her discomfort, intervenes by telling him they are having a girls' night out. After Billy has left, Ruby notices the time and hurries to the backroom where Granny is fixing up the freezer, which Ruby will use as a cage for herself. During the night, a belligerent Albert, hell-bent on ruining David's life, releases Ruby while she is a wolf, and then kills Billy to give the appearance she did it. In the morning, Ruby wakes up in the forest as a human after a worried David and Granny discover her there. Soon, Billy's butchered body is found, and Ruby believes she is to blame. Albert rallies the townspeople against David; forcing him as sheriff to choose between "justice" or defending a friend who looks guilty. Ruby is locked in a cell for protection, but knowing the angry residents will come for her, she is later chained up in the library as Belle keeps her company. Rather than hide, Ruby Believing the townspeople's hate for her is justified, Ruby tricks Belle into letting her before chaining Belle in her place and going to face the mob. Reverting to a wolf, Ruby faces Albert as he readies his gun at her. Suddenly, David and Granny arrive with the bloody weapon as well as Ruby's magic cloak that was found in Albert's truck. With coaxing from David, Ruby allows him to place the cloak on her. Albert escapes and burns Jefferson's hat, which wipes out the only chance David had for finding his family. Despite David's anger over the destroyed hat, Ruby convinces him not to punish Albert out of vengeance. Later that night, Ruby is in the apartment as she looks to David as he watches over a sleeping Henry. David tells her that Henry may never see Emma or Mary Margaret ever again and his uncertainty about how to break the news to him. Ruby insists he won't have to, but David remains skeptical since fairy dust won't be enough and now Jefferson's hat is gone. She believes in him because she knows he never gives up until he succeeds, in addition to the fact he won't be doing it alone. On her way out, Ruby asks him to phone Granny so someone can unchain Belle from the library. She then uses up the remaining hours of wolfstime to go out for a run through the woods in wolf form. ("Child of the Moon")

The death of Archie is announced to the rest of the townspeople after Emma seemingly finds incriminating evidence via the dream catcher of Regina as the murder. Leroy attends the funeral to listen to Mary Margaret give a eulogy dedicated to Archie. After she is finished, Marco gives his own personal farewell. Following this, Leroy, Bashful, Doc, Dopey, Happy, Walter, Marco, Mother Superior, Ruby and Granny spend time in Mary Margaret's loft for a luncheon. Leroy approaches Emma and Mary Margaret to ask, on behalf of himself and other dwarves, when they will be returning to the Enchanted Forest, which perks everyone else's attention to the conversation. He is concerned about Regina being on the loose, but also about the possibility outsiders can wander into town now that the curse is lifted. Ruby agrees with Leroy, recalling her own ability to shapeshift into a wolf, and if people from the Enchanted Forest were afraid of her, then so will people in this world. Emma believes they are safe for now, but Leroy thinks that trouble will happen sooner or later. ("The Outsider")

A new curse is cast by none other than Snow White; returning Red Riding Hood and the rest of the Enchanted Forest inhabitants to the town of Storybrooke. However, as a result of Wicked Witch of the West's interference, everyone's last recollection is the final day in Storybrooke when Regina stopped Pan's curse, but no one can recall anything further than that. Ruby resumes working at Granny's Diner as a waitress. The day Henry returns to town, albeit without remembering anything or anyone in Storybrooke, she serves him hot cocoa at the diner. As Ruby goes to set down his order, she almost calls him Henry and makes a slip-up by putting cinnamon on his cocoa. Surprised, Henry asks how she knew he likes cinnamon, to which Ruby lies and says it was just a guess. ("Witch Hunt", "A Curious Thing")

Frankly, I see here a clear parallel between what he and what she complain about (in his case, it would be his manslaughter, etc., and trying to have his cake and eat it too -wanting to protect her while savaging her reputation (and career, that would have been geopardized by having concrete evidence of the affair) as well as his own (for self explanatory reasons he wanted nothing of the affair and the manslaughter to reach the public, though of curse if he did not manage to save her with what he had, like he ultimately did, he would have always been able to confess to the murder himself, as he was about to do before MW turned himself in)- in her case her telling him nothing happened, rather than she was coerced and threatened, and lied to Kevin in the camera footage).

Eventually, Rebekah, Elijah, and Klaus settled at a Castle in England in 1492. While living there, she met Katerina Petrova, the second Petrova doppelgänger to exist after Tatia, who Klaus planned to sacrifice in order to break his hybrid curse. However, Rebekah ultimately developed a grudge against Katerina after her escape from their castle and subsequent transition into a vampire ruined Klaus' plan to break his curse and destroyed his relationship with Elijah. This was a grudge that Rebekah held against Katerina for the rest of the doppelgänger's life.

Rebekah comes to Aurora's aid once again. That night on her birthday, she attempts to commit suicide though she is healed with Rebekah's blood. Rebekah angrily lectures her, telling her that her pain would pass. Aurora describes to her that her own mind is a demon and a prison and that becoming like her and her family would heal her disease. However Rebekah refuses, telling her it is a curse she would not wish on another, though unknown to her, Aurora and already figured out how Lucien has turned. Aurora asks Rebekah to leave her to rest and sleep and she complies, unknowingly of what Aurora planned to do.

In The Bloody Crown, after Klaus' sirelings broke into the compound, Marcel engaged in a fight with Elijah and Kol. When Klaus saw that his brothers were in danger he got ready to fight Marcel, using his lycanthrope enhancements. Rebekah appeared just in time to break up the fight. Rebekah was previously un-daggered by Hayley as a part of her plan to help her family. Rebekah told Klaus to leave and take their brothers to meet Hayley, Hope and Freya at Lucien's penthouse. Later on, as Rebekah and Marcel talk privately she begs him to cure her family before something is done that cannot be undone. Marcel refuses to heal her brothers saying that they had it coming for what they did to Davina. After discussing the matter Marcel agrees to let Klaus live, if he is willing to stand trial. Rebekah, fearing for the safety of her niece and their family convinces Klaus to come to the compound and stand trial. When her brother arrives Rebekah was the one waiting for him to give him courage and to follow him into the trial room that Marcel had set. She tells that in order for Freya's plan to work he couldn't die and she couldn't go mad. During the trial Rebekah steps up to defend her brother, but is soon infected by the curse that stake had put on her. Although, she manages to keep Klaus alive. Freya begins the slumber spell using the blood from Rebekah's dagger along with hers and her brother's. Once the spell was completed Rebekah begins to slumber, while having her consciousness trapped within the Chambre De Chasse, that way she can remain with her family until Hayley finds the cures and a way to wake them up.

When Marcel attempts to leave, Rebekah threatens him, using the same cursed stake that infected her with the insanity curse. She tells him that she doesn't want to use it but she will if she has to. Eventually, Marcel realizes that she is distracting him, that the other Mikaelsons are in the city to free Klaus. She threatens him that if he won't free her brother, he will never know peace as long as they are alive. Before she is able to go through with her threats, two arrows are shot into her back by Sofya and she falls to the ground, desiccating him. Marcel orders her to keep Rebekah safe and he rushes off to handle her siblings. 041b061a72
